Effective 17 September 2026. Applies to the iOS app "OptiPro Measure" (the "App") published by PigeonCloud.
During a measurement the App temporarily reads facial geometry produced by the TrueDepth front camera (eye centre positions, gaze direction, face mesh vertices, depth map) and device motion data, in order to compute fitting parameters such as pupillary distance, segment height and vertex distance.
All facial geometry is processed locally. The App contains no upload logic and no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. Nothing is sent to our servers or to third parties.
3D face meshes and depth maps exist only in memory while a measurement runs and are released immediately afterwards. The App never writes point clouds or face meshes to storage or transmits them to any cloud service.
After a measurement the App stores, in its own sandbox only: the computed numeric values (e.g. PD 63.5 mm), the timestamp, your virtual frame settings and one 2D verification photo with pupil cross-hair marks. These are visible and exportable only by you.
A report file leaves the device only when you tap "Export PDF / JSON" and choose a share destination. Sharing is entirely under your control.
Delete any record from History, or erase everything under Settings. Uninstalling the App removes all local data. No account or registration is required.
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
This policy is designed to comply with the GDPR, the CCPA and the PRC Personal Information Protection Law. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
